Lakeside Organic Gardens gives back to the community because we feel like it’s the right thing to do. We believe in investing locally to help improve the quality of life in our community and support resources for youth and their families to live a healthy and active lifestyle. We help support many local charities, non-profit organizations, scholarship funds and memorial funds in an effort to make a difference.

We also love to share the bounty of Lakeside Organic Gardens! Every year we donate upward of 300,000 pounds of fresh organic produce to neighborhood festivals, local organizations, food banks and schools.

Giving Back to our Employees

Our employees are our biggest asset at Lakeside Organic Gardens. It takes each and every employee working together as a team to bring organic produce to the marketplace. We hold an annual picnic for our employees and their families to say thank you for their hard work throughout the year. At the picnic, we BBQ, play games, raffle off prizes, give awards and most importantly enjoy each other’s company.

We consistently stock an employee only farmers market at our cooling facility. At the end of each day, all employees are welcome to take a fresh bag of premium Lakeside Organic vegetables home to their families.
